KPIs and service level agreements

Adana ensure that KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are identified and agreed with clients before a contract begins.

We also take the time to establish service level agreements that identify specific client expectations. Once these expectations have been agreed, our management teams ensure that relevant control measures are applied - to ensure levels of performance and service are constantly maintained and exceeded.
