As part of Adana Security's total commitment to quality management, our Key Account Managers build in relevant quality control measures to all bespoke security solutions created for clients.

Our approach ensures we develop, and enhance, quality management systems that conform to both security industry best practice and our client’s specific needs.

During our Security Officers' company induction and training, a significant amount of time is spent in making sure that they understand the importance of quality service delivery - and how to achieve it.

To maintain the high standards Adana Security demand from all Security Officers, our operations team conduct regular site audits. The auditor arrives on site with no notice, at any time of the day or night, and spends around an hour with the Officer or Officers on duty, conducting quality audits and evaluating their service delivery.

Our quality systems ensure all Adana Security Officers are regularly audited. This ongoing commitment to quality alongside other management and audit tools such as Guard Tour systems, reinforces the proactive stance that Adana Security takes to the quality of the security services provided.

On a monthly basis, all clients are visited by an Adana Security Key Account Manager who will work through a quality audit process. This process provides an open forum to discuss any topics of specific interest or concern, including new security risks, duties or even just changes to the day-to-day operations of the business. We will, of course, adapt the security services we provide to our client's unique business needs.

Adana Security currently works to BS EN ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 Quality Management best practices.
