Regulations laid down by ACPO state that key holders must be able to attend their premises within 20 minutes of being notified that their alarm has been triggered.

Our Key Holding and Alarm Response service is an efficient, cost-effective way to release you from these responsibilities.

How does our Key Holding and Alarm Response service work?

In the event of an alarm activation at your property, our experienced control centre team takes the call from an alarm company or from the alarm itself - rather than you, your friends, neighbours or work colleagues.

We then send an Adana Security Officer to your property, together with the keys and agreed instructions taken during our initial property survey.

Upon arrival, the Officer will, if applicable, conduct an external patrol of the property. If the property shows signs of intrusion, then Police assistance would be sought and the property would only be entered in the company of Police officers.

Assuming that there's nothing obviously wrong with the outside of your property, the response Officer will then enter the building, silence the alarm, taking note of the activated areas displayed on the keypad.

Our Officer will then examine the area of activation and, if possible, rectify the problem, reset the alarm system and secure the property. If the alarm system can't be reset, we'll contact the alarm company for an out-of-hours engineer to repair the fault - at no time will your property be left unattended. Only when your property is secure will the Officer return the keys and instructions to our control centre.

When the Adana Security Officer has finished on site a written report is produced and emailed to the relevant person. On the next working day, during normal business hours, a member of the Adana Security Operational Management team will contact you to follow up on the report and ensure that everything was completed to your satisfaction.
